Excellent and prompt service. Twice over the last month, I've had an issue with my AC system (two different problems), and both times a technician from Safe Air was at my house within a couple of hours of my call to check it out. He was great about explaining what the issue was and what repairs he was doing.

Very professional they came out and did not charge the exorbitant emergency service fee the other companies were charging. The work was done fast and they made sure to show me what was about to be done and how much it will cost beforehand so I felt comfortable.. Super convenient and they service everywhere in DFW..

Awesome company! Out same day. Nice, friendly, and honest. They could have very easily tried to up-sell, but they didn't at all. Made sure my AC was up and running properly, showed me and explained exactly what they problem was and fixed that day. Honest, affordable! And I will absolutely use Safe Air again and refer to friends!

Awesome team and great company! Very professional! Hector and his team came and finished interior and exterior unit same day with phenomenal job! It was outstanding, nice friendly and honest! I especially thanks to Hector and Samuel all his work had been done for me! Plus during that time we renovate our house they work very clean and organize they did not damage while they bring in the unit in house. I definitely recommend everyone. Plus they came after couple days to check and ensure everything works as suppose to. Final and most important part they are very affortable!

Very impressed by Safe Air and more importantly Hector. Very professional and polite technicians. Did a great job installing a new AC/Heat unit with minimal disruption and took care to not track anything into the house. I have called Hector several times with questions since the installation and he always responds quickly and with patience of all my questions. I had the unit installed in May of this year and just now had issues with it tripping the breaker. It turned out to not be any fault of Safe Air, but still they were out as quickly as possible. When the issue was not fixed the first day they were out, Hector came out himself and resolved the issue! Again, not due to Safe Air, but he still fixed the problem at no cost! I have had so many issues with small business contractors, but Hector gives me hope there are still individual contractors out there who value quality work and customer service! Could not be more please with my experience with Safe Air and would highly recommend them!

Hector and his team are great. They are very professional and communicate well at each step of the process. They have serviced our units for heat and A/C issues, and have always exceeded expectations. It's no fun to need home service, but it does feel good to get an honest team to take care of you in your moments of need.

Safe Air is the best and most reliable air conditioning, plumbing, pretty much everything! We have known him for a least a year through our business before and now we are always here to support his business. Hector is very honest and always gets the job done. He has installed a brand new outside ac unit and also a new ac and heater unit in our home, which required a lot of work and professionalism.
